These frozen Greek yogurt peanut butter bites are a quick, protein-packed snack that’s creamy, lightly sweet, and freezer-friendly—perfect for post-workout, lunchboxes, or summer treats.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, at room temperature)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Optional: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed, 2 tbsp chopped nuts
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins gently.
3. Line a tray with parchment paper. Scoop 1 to 1.5 tablespoon portions onto it.
4. Smooth tops with a warm spoon if desired.
5. Freeze bites for 1–2 hours or until firm.
6. Transfer to an airtight container with parchment between layers for storage.
Notes
Use coconut yogurt for dairy-free bites or almond butter for variation.
Best texture within 2 weeks; lasts up to 1 month in freezer.
Let sit at room temp for 30 seconds before eating for softer texture.
