Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breasts
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2–3/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 green onions, sliced
Buns, croissants, tortillas, or lettuce (for serving)
Instructions
1. Place chicken in Crockpot.
2. Sprinkle ranch mix over chicken.
3. Place cream cheese block on top.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours (or HIGH for 4).
5. Shred chicken and stir in melted cream cheese.
6. Add cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
7. Stir until creamy and serve warm.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
Add bacon at the end to keep it crispy.
Make it keto by serving in lettuce wraps or with steamed veggies.
