Description
Cheesy, savory, and totally addictive—these Crack Breakfast Sliders are layered with fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, cheddar, and buttery ranch on sweet Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for brunch or meal prep.
Ingredients
1 (12-oz) package Hawaiian rolls
8 large eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp butter (for eggs)
1 lb bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
1 tbsp ranch dressing mix
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
3. Melt butter in a skillet and scramble the eggs until just set.
4. Cook bacon until crispy; cut each slice into 4 pieces.
5. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keep rolls attached).
6. Place roll bottoms in the baking dish.
7. Layer 1 cup cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and the remaining cheese.
8. Place roll tops back on.
9. Mix melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush over roll tops.
10. Cover with foil and bake 15–20 minutes until cheese melts.
11. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes to brown tops.
12. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use turkey bacon or sausage if desired.
Can be assembled ahead—refrigerate without butter topping.
Freeze before baking, then thaw and bake as needed.
Serve with cheesy grits, fruit salad, or roasted potatoes.
