Description

This chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters recipe is a viral no-bake treat that’s creamy, crunchy, and packed with protein. Just 6 ingredients, freezer-friendly, and insanely satisfying.


Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cups chopped strawberries

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup mini chocolate chips

2 tbsp refined coconut oil

Sea salt (optional)


Instructions

1. Stir yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Fold in chopped strawberries.

3. Scoop 2 tbsp portions onto a parchment-lined tray.

4. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.

5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil.

6. Dip frozen clusters into melted chocolate.

7. Sprinkle sea salt (optional) and freeze again until set.


Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best results.

Dairy-free? Use coconut or almond yogurt and vegan chocolate.
