Description
This 4 ingredient crockpot garlic parm chicken is a creamy, cheesy, and effortless dinner made with just a few pantry staples—perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle (12 oz) garlic Parmesan sauce
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Spray crockpot with nonstick spray.
2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
3. Pour entire bottle of garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken.
4. Add cream cheese cubes and grated Parmesan on top.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
6. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine.
7. Serve over pasta, mashed cauliflower, or veggies.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for juicier meat.
Add a splash of milk or broth if sauce is too thick.
Stir in garlic powder for extra flavor.
Let it rest uncovered for 5 minutes before serving.
